Commercial Pool Builder in Northwest Arkansas

Code-Compliant Pools Built for Businesses and Public Facilities

YOUR PROJECT. OUR PASSION.

Trusted Commercial Pool Builder for Businesses and Public Facilities

BC Pools is a commercial pool builder in Northwest Arkansas for businesses and public facilities of every size. We’re the pool division of Torres Construction Group, a family-owned contractor building in this region since 1966. One team handles your project from the first plans to the final inspection, including Arkansas Department of Health approval.

Every pool we build is engineered for heavy daily use and designed to code from the first drawing. Your guests or members get a pool they can count on, and you get one that’s ready to pass inspection.

Services We Provide

What We Do

As a trusted pool builder in NWA, BC Pools builds new commercial pools and upgrades existing ones. Every project is planned around your facility’s needs and budget, and built to meet Arkansas health and safety rules.

Custom pools - Commercial pool

Custom Pools for Businesses

Every property is different. We design each pool around your space and the number of swimmers you expect, with a layout that keeps guests safe and meets code. You end up with a pool that works hard every day and still looks good.
New Commercial Pool Construction

New Pool Construction

Our own crew handles the full build. We take the site from excavation and plumbing through shotcrete and final finishing. Every commercial pool we build is made to last and ready for daily use.
Indoor Pool Construction

Indoor and Outdoor Pools

We build both indoor and outdoor commercial pools. Indoor pools need proper ventilation and moisture control to protect the building around them. Outdoor pools are built to handle Northwest Arkansas freeze-thaw cycles and summer heat.
Spa and Wellness

Spa and Wellness Features

Hot tubs and hydrotherapy jets give guests a reason to choose your facility over the one down the road. We design spa areas to fit your pool layout and include them in the ADH plan review from the start.
Pool Renovation and Upgrade

Renovations and Upgrades

An older commercial pool can look and work like new again. We handle resurfacing and tile replacement, along with new coping and updated filtration or heating. Renovations to public pools also need ADH approval, and we take care of that for you.
Compliance and Equipment Installation

Compliance & Equipment Installation

Commercial pools have to meet both state health rules and federal accessibility law. We install ADA-compliant pool lifts and handrails along with drain covers that meet the Virginia Graeme Baker Act. We also install commercial-grade filtration and pumps sized for heavy use.

Residential vs. Commercial Pool Construction: What's Different

A commercial pool isn’t just a bigger backyard pool. It comes with its own set of requirements, and understanding those differences is part of building a pool that passes inspection and holds up under heavy daily use.

Code and Compliance

Every public and semi-public pool in Arkansas is regulated by the Arkansas Department of Health. Commercial pools also need an ADA-accessible entry and federally compliant drain covers, along with fencing and signage rules a backyard pool never has to meet.

Capacity and Equipment

Commercial pools serve far more swimmers on a given day. Filtration and circulation systems have to be sized for continuous heavy use, and heating has to keep up with a full pool deck.

Approvals and Timeline

ADH has to approve your plans before construction can start. The submittal includes three sets of construction drawings, and the state recommends they be prepared by an engineer registered in Arkansas. A comment or approval letter usually comes back in one to four weeks. Electrical and plumbing plans are reviewed separately.

Long-Term Accountability

A commercial pool is both an amenity and a liability for your business. ADH inspects the finished pool before it opens, and public pools need an operating permit renewed every year. You need a builder who understands maintenance and compliance, not just construction.

Who We Work With

We build commercial pools for businesses and public facilities across Northwest Arkansas, from hotels and apartment communities to schools and HOAs. Our team understands what high-traffic pools go through, and we design each one around how your property will actually use it.
